The Palm Room
With rows of skylights lining the center aisle's 28-foot ceiling and large windows, The Palm Room offers an open and bright atmosphere perfect for large gatherings. The restored herringbone flooring and pure white walls create a delightful setting for any event of up to 150 seats.
Jades Room
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows across the south-facing wall, a built-in bar, and original steel beams, Jades Room is great for cocktail hours, meet-and-greets, breakfasts and seated lunches or dinners. The room's clean, industrial feel is enhanced by restored tile and herringbone flooring. This one-of-a-kind, 2,000 Sq Ft space seats 150.

Junes Room
Situated at the center of Mae District, Jades Room bridges the venue’s other main spaces. The 2,200 Sq Ft room features the building's original ceiling from the early 1900s, adding a touch of historic charm to the dark herringbone floor. Seats 200. Great for presentations and dinners.
The Collection
Located on the third floor, The Collection includes a green room, conference space.. It's perfect for private gatheringsor a quiet retreat during events.
Junes + Jades
For larger get-togethers, Junes and Jades rooms can be combined, offering an expanded, 4,000 Sq Ft space to accommodate 300 seated guests.
